[Sougo was just about to doze off when he hears...that voice so rudely bringing him back to reality. He doesn't want to talk or even face Hijikata right now. Not when he just got out of that damn hospital and back into his own bed.

He curls up more into his futon, trying to make soft snoring noises. Hopefully that will make Hijikata go the fuck away.]

Sougo, I'm coming in.

[He gently slides the door open and sticks his head into Sougo's room. Looks like he's asleep... Hijikata should just leave and come back later, but instead he steps inside and kneels down by his bedside, leaving the door open to not make Sougo feel trapped in case he wakes up.
