[Sougo was just wandering around, looking for new dates to try and inflict on Hijikata...not that he had that much chroma. He hears someone call his name and oh, he remembers this dude from before. With the lanterns.]

I'm kind of Okita Souji, but I'm also not. [Does that make sense? That fact that he isn't Souji should be obvious, but surely there must be some similarities?]

They say "it makes an ass out of you and me." I'm not the one thinking all Okitas are related. [And neither did Kashuu!]

[Anyways, Kashuu seems absolutely done with Sougo. Somehow, Sougo's a little disappointed. He wanted a more explosive, angry reaction. Maybe even with just the meetings they've had, Kashuu's already gotten used to him. Got to think of something to change that.

As his not-sword started to leave, Sougo gives a casual, bored wave, almost like a mockery of a real wave goodbye.]

[Does Sougo know his name? Perhaps. Does it even matter? And here he was, even using his own last name to imply that Kashuu would be a fan of him too.]
